Ayurvedic Granules at Sanskar Ayush are produced using traditional herbal decoctions combined with advanced granulation processes to achieve uniform particle size, improved palatability, and enhanced absorption. Our facility uses rapid mixer granulators, stainless-steel boiling pans, fluid-bed dryers, and vibro shifters to maintain consistency and purity in every batch. The granules are further blended with natural sweeteners or herbal powders depending on the formulation requirement. With a production capacity of 3000 kg per day, the granules are packaged in sachets or HDPE containers using automatic filling and sealing machines. Each batch undergoes stringent testing for moisture content, microbial safety, particle distribution, and stability to ensure effective, easy-to-use formulations for digestion, immunity, respiratory support, and various therapeutic needs.
