Resins and Chyawanprash
Resins and Chyawanprash at Sanskar Ayush are produced using traditional Ayurvedic methods supported by modern GMP-certified equipment to ensure purity, potency, and consistency in every batch. For Chyawanprash, fresh herbal decoctions are prepared in steam-jacketed boiling vessels, followed by slow cooking with Amla pulp, ghee, sesame oil, honey, and classical Rasayana herbs. The mixture is homogenized using inline high-shear mixers for smooth texture and uniformity.
Our resin products, including herbal pastes and Avaleha formulations, are processed in planetary mixers, jacketed heating kettles, and controlled-temperature fusion tanks, ensuring the active properties of herbs are preserved without overheating. Filtration is carried out through coarse filters and fine mesh systems to achieve purity and smooth consistency. For packaging, we use high-accuracy paste filling machines, induction sealing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping units to maintain hygiene and tamper-proof packing.
The facility has a daily filling capacity for Resin s of 5,000 Pcs per day, and for Chyawanprash 5000 Pcs per day.
Every batch undergoes strict QC testing including moisture content, microbial safety, viscosity, heavy metal analysis, stability, and classical Ayurvedic parameters to ensure authentic, effective, and safe formulations for immunity, strength, respiratory support, and Rasayana wellness.
